Lotus and Rose was founded by Bao Ngoc Nguyen, a fashion visionary whose journey began in 2019 when she first arrived in the United Kingdom. Instantly captivated by the charm of British culture and its refined sense of style, Bao found herself deeply inspired by the elegance and individuality of British women.

She spent three transformative years in Chelsea and Kensington—two of London’s most iconic fashion districts—where heritage and haute couture effortlessly coexist. Immersed in this world of understated luxury and timeless sophistication, Bao developed a distinct design philosophy rooted in British aesthetics and modern femininity.
